FAQ | Quick Answers For All Your Jenson USA Suspension Service Questions

Depending on the brand, 40-50 hours of use is the recommended time frame service interval for a Seasonal Service. For a Factory Level Service most manufacturers recommend this service between 100-200 hours of ride time. Fox and Ohlins use 100hrs for Factory Level Services and Rockshox uses 200 hrs. 

  • Seasonal Refresh Service is basic maintenance, replacing seals and replacing oil. 
  • Factory Level Service includes the Seasonal Refresh Service plus air shaft and damper service as well.
  • Service prices range from $100 to $200 depending on the year, make, and model of your fork and/or rear shock. 
  • Ship your fork and/or rear shock to us for FREE. Return flat rate shipping is also FREE for residents of the continental US. 

Once received, we'll service your suspension in 72-hrs and ship it back to you via ground shipping from our Riverside location.

To determine if we can service your fork or shock, we suggest filling out our service request form. In general, forks and rear shocks that are older than five years cannot be serviced at this time due to a lack of available service part inventory from the manufacturers.
